Yet according to the United Nations it is President Trump who will face charges of war crimes. This is the Wilmington Standard Daily Update for Tuesday April 7, 2026 [President Trump](https://www.axios.com/2026/04/02/trump-bomb-iran-stone-ages-power-plants) in a fiery press conference yesterday reiterated his threat to blow up critical infrastructure in Iran tonight unless a deal is made that includes reopening the Strait of Hormuz. We’re going to hit them extremely hard over the next 2 to 3 weeks. We’re going to bring them back to the Stone Ages where they belong Enter the UN and other spineless organizations who stated the President would be referred to a court to determine if his actions in Iran - if he carried out his threat - would be deemed a war crime.
